Job Overview
INVENTORYS is looking for an external consultant to join our teams. As a consultant, you will be empowered over the planification process and execution of our clients inventorying projects. You will be a full member of a cohesive project-team and will play a key role in drafting effective tactical approach and providing support in resolving various operational issues on the ground. You will also supervise team members during inventorying operations and will report to the partner in charge of specific projects. Your conribution will be required during varioumeetings with clients notably during summary meetings that will be held with clients organization. Your duties and responsibilities include :
• Drafting technical and financial service offers;
• Validation of framework notes;
• Validation of work plans and programs;
• Overseeing actual inventorying onsite;
• Supervising effective reconciliation of actual data and book records;
• Participating actively in summary meetings with clients;
• Writing end-of-project reports.
Desired skills and experience
We are looking for an external consultant with :
• At least 10 years of experience in participating in fixed assets verification projects including 5 in senior capacity;
• Knowledge of the functionalities of fixed asset management as well as accounting software;
• A mastery of accounting principles for recording operations linked to the cycle fixed assets;
• A keen sense of customer relationship;
• Mastery and fluency in writing skills;
• A high sense of organization and teamwork.
