A career at Inventorys is structured in four major periods :
LEARNING AS AN INTERN
The employee goes through the rank as Assistant for 2 years during which he participates in carrying out various projects along side their team leader. The Assistant is fully involved in all stages of particular projects and participates in important meetings with customer or other interessted stakeholders (real estate experts, auditors, etc.). The other project team members, even Seniors and Partners eventually contribute to his day-to-day learning. The Assistant thus acquires all the technical competencies to quickly become fully autonomous in carrying out his work.
At the Senior level, the collaborator deepens his technical knowledge and recieves broader responsibilities over Assistants employees, for the next 2 to 3 years. Moreover, Seniors benefits from additional development targeting soft relational and managerial skills, in order to be gradually empowered to managing full projects.
The manifestation of your potential at the grade of Senior
Confirmation as Manager
Once their technical and managerial qualities have been proven, employees access the rank of Manager. As such, they could be entrusted more and more complex projects to manage autonomously. They are also expected to develop their customer portfolios in order to expand both the business as well as the firm's influence.
After 10 years of experience and dedication within the firm, the Manager who wishes could claim the position of Partner. In this capacity, Partners fully participate in the development and implementation of the firm's expansion strategy. In addition, they are the figureheads of the firm, in particular to its stakeholders ( existing clients and prospects, professional vendors, partners, administration, etc.).
