Inventorys is looking for a Community Manager to join its team. As Community Manager, you will play an essential role in elaborating, executing and managing of INVENTORYS social media strategy. You will collaborate closely with the senior management to shape a coherent and engaging voice that captivates our target audience and reflects our brand identity and. Your mission will be to develop and maintain an active community, susceptible to generate positive conversations around our services and solutions, thereby stimulating the company’s notoriety. In your role as a community manager will be notably to:
• Develop the company's brand image throughout social networks;
• Develop and implement communications plans;
• Design appealing communication visuals;
• Write engaging web content;
• Monitor and analyze community interractions online;
• Evaluate website notoriety;
• Digitalize business documents;
• Analyze web traffic on corporate website;
• Carry out online and offline surveys;
• Update corporate website.
Desired skills and experience
We are looking for a candidate with :
• A bac+3 minimum in digital communication, digital marketing or any other field
related;
• Hold at least a high school diploma + 3 years of undergraduate studies level;
• Solid practica digital and social medias fluency;
• A high sense of customer relationship and community building;
• Editorial ease;
• Good knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and communication ;
• Walk-up and a foolproof franchise, great responsiveness and effective crisis management;
• Good control of infographics and video editing software (Photoshop, or
Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva Pro…);
• A business awerness and a customer centric orentation;
• An increased sense of organization and team work ;
