As part of its mission to provide inventory training, assistance and advice to ANADER teams, INVENTORYS experts provided training in inventory techniques from January 21 to 23, 2024.
The training aims to :
- Analyze the realities of fixed asset management at ANADER;
- Train staff responsible for carrying out the physical inventory of fixed assets in best practices in this area;
- Propose an efficient inventory methodology applicable to ANADER;
- Collectively develop fixed asset inventory procedures tailored to ANADER's specific needs.
